Achievers are almost equally split among men and women, they are likely not to be married, to have mid-high education and medium income.

For the Achievers, looking for challenge and experimenting new things are part of their way of living. They are independent and active persons, struggling for a better position in life and society.

Achievers have a relaxed approach of the morality: for them the end justifies the means. They follow their interests with perseverance. Achievers hunt continuously the career opportunities, therefore they are very mobile and use to change many jobs. In order to succeed, they invest in their image and are ready to improve their knowledge and skills by taking lessons or training outside work.

Besides their career goals, Achievers are still sensitive to the social issues. They have a high sense of belonging and try to fit in. They try to keep the pace with the fashion and spend time on improving their appearance. Achievers make easily friends and use to meet them in a fast food, bar or discotheque, or in a sport facility. When they are home, they spend their time watching TV, playing social games with friends or simply doing nothing but sit, think and relax. Achievers are really gamblers: they like contests and they use to participate to lotteries and sweepstakes.

They like to be appreciated as open minded, creative and intelligent persons by their peers. This is reflected in the way they speak, they act, or they spend their spare time.

Achievers are contended with their present life and confident about their future. This does not make them less critical about the social and working environment from Romania.
